A compliant Indiana mail workflow for businesses. We receive your mail at our Indianapolis office, open it, scan it, and email it as a PDF by the end of the next business day.
$20 per month, or $200 per year. One business, one authorized addressee, one inbox.
The service is deliberately narrow. That's what keeps it compliant, fast, and predictable.
Indiana House Enrolled Act 1593 takes effect January 1, 2026. The law formally acknowledges businesses that operate entirely by telecommunications without a physical office and defines and authorizes Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies (CMRAs) as the legal contact address solution for those businesses.
Address Integrity is built for this. We operate from a physical Indiana office, we are USPS registered as a CMRA, and we follow the service agreement the Indiana Secretary of State will require under the new law. Our address works as your principal office contact address on Secretary of State filings.
Billed in arrears against the card on file.
One Jotform covers USPS Form 1583, the customer agreement signature, plan choice, and the required acknowledgments. About 10 minutes.
After signing, the confirmation screen and email show the same two next steps: book a 1 to 3 minute Google Meet verification call and set up your monthly or annual payment.
Hold your photo ID next to your face on camera. A 60 second check, captured and filed with your 1583. We register your PMB with USPS and email your mailing address within 24 hours.
Apply once. We generate Form 1583 and capture your customer agreement signature in the same flow. After submission, the confirmation page hands you the calendar booking and payment links.
Most customers do. We are not your registered agent (Indiana requires a separate registered agent with a physical Indiana address), but you can list our address as your principal office and contact address on Secretary of State filings, your website, business cards, and most state and federal forms. Talk to your own counsel if you have a specific filing question.
Each account covers one business and one authorized signer (this is what USPS requires on Form 1583). If you have additional businesses, or a partner or colleague who also needs mail at our address, they're welcome to open their own account. Your personal info autofills on follow up applications, so a second one takes about three minutes.
A Commercial Mail Receiving Agency is any business that receives U.S. Mail on behalf of customers. The USPS requires every CMRA to register each customer using Form 1583, verify your identity in person or by video, and keep ID copies on file. It's federal law, not a thing we made up. It's also why a real CMRA is more credible than a vague "virtual office."
USPS rules (DMM 508.1) only let us process mail addressed to the business and signer named on your Form 1583. Anything else gets returned to sender unopened. If a colleague, business partner, or another business of yours needs to receive mail here, just have them open their own account.
We process mail the business day after it's delivered to us. PDFs typically reach your designated email by end of day Eastern on the next business day.
We accept small packages under 5 lb at our discretion and forward them at cost plus a $20 handling fee. We don't operate as a fulfillment center, so anything heavier or larger needs to be coordinated in advance.
Bulk rate marketing mail with no addressee specificity (credit card offers, generic flyers, supermarket coupons, ad circulars, political mail) is discarded. Anything addressed individually to your entity, your designated officer, or sent first class, certified, or by a government agency is always scanned and emailed, never discarded.
We require 6 months' written notice. That isn't an upsell. USPS rules (DMM 508.1) require a CMRA to forward a closed customer's mail for 6 months after termination, and your notice period covers our cost of doing that cleanly. During the notice window your service runs normally. After it ends, we forward residual mail to a USPS address you provide at postage cost, billed to the card on file.
Right here on this page. Jump to the Customer Agreement section. The onboarding form also includes this agreement and a separate customer agreement signature field, so your legal paperwork is completed in one sitting.
The whole model is digital. We don't staff a retail front. If you need to physically pick up mail, this isn't the right service.
This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Address Integrity Indiana LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with its principal office at 3610 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46222 (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Address Integrity”), and the customer identified in the onboarding form (“You,” “Your,” or “Customer”). It governs Your use of Our Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) service.
We provide one CMRA mailbox at Our Indiana street address for one (1) legal entity You designate (the “Entity”) and one (1) authorized signer for that Entity (the “Authorized Signer”), assigned a single Private Mailbox (PMB) number. Mail addressed individually to the registered Entity, or to the Authorized Signer at Our address, is received at Our office, opened, scanned at 300 dpi to a searchable PDF, and emailed to a single delivery email address You designate at signup. Mail addressed to any other entity, person, or unspecified recipient (including "Current Resident," former occupants of the address, or any party not listed on Your active Form 1583) is rejected and returned to sender unopened, in compliance with USPS DMM 508.1. If You wish to receive mail at this address for any additional business You own, or for any other person besides the Authorized Signer, You must open a separate Account for each additional Entity or person, each with its own Form 1583 and its own $20/month subscription. We do not act as a registered agent and do not accept service of process.
There is no deposit, application fee, or card-on-file requirement to submit the onboarding form or complete USPS Form 1583 video verification. Billing begins only after You set up the monthly or annual subscription payment, We complete Your video verification, and We assign Your PMB.
If Your card is declined and a replacement card is not provided within 7 days, We may suspend scanning, hold mail in a secure queue, and resume service when payment clears. Suspension does not relieve You of the notice obligation in Section 7.
We open and scan all mail addressed individually to Your registered Entity, or to the single registered Authorized Signer of Your registered Entity, at Our address. We always scan first class mail, certified or registered mail, and any mail from a federal, state, or local government agency. Mail not addressed to Your registered Entity or registered Authorized Signer is rejected and returned to sender unopened, regardless of any private use You make of the address. This includes mail addressed to a different business You own that does not have its own Account with Us, and mail addressed to any other person besides the Authorized Signer. That mail must be received at a separate Account opened for that business or person.
Bulk-rate marketing mail with no addressee specificity (e.g., “Current Resident,” credit-card solicitations addressed to the prior occupant, generic flyers, ad circulars, supermarket coupons, political mass-mailings) is discarded the same business day it is received and counted in Your monthly delivery log so You know what was filtered. We do not discard any mail that is individually addressed, certified, or from a government agency, even if it appears promotional.
Mail received at Our Indianapolis office on a business day is scanned and emailed by 11:59 PM Eastern of the next business day. Mail received on a non-business day is processed the next business day.
Original mail is retained for 30 days from scan date in a locked storage area, then cross-cut shredded with a chain-of-custody log. You may request earlier shredding or physical forwarding of any specific piece during the 30-day window.
We do not accept cash, perishables, biological samples, hazardous materials, firearms, controlled substances, or anything weighing more than 10 lb without prior written agreement. Items We refuse are returned to sender at Our discretion.
Federal regulations require Us to verify Your identity and the identity of Your Entity before activating service. You will complete the onboarding form, provide the information needed for one USPS Form 1583 for the Entity covered by this Account, sign the Customer Agreement in the same onboarding flow, present two forms of identification (one photo ID and one secondary ID showing Your home address) during a live video verification call, and consent to Us retaining copies of those IDs, the signed Form 1583, and the signed Customer Agreement for four (4) years after the end of service, as required by USPS Domestic Mail Manual 508.1.8.
Either party may terminate this Agreement on six (6) months’ prior written notice. Notice from You is effective when emailed to mail@addressintegrity.com from Your account of record. During the notice period, the service continues to operate normally and the subscription continues to be billed on its existing schedule.
USPS rules (DMM 508.1) require a CMRA to continue forwarding a closed customer’s mail for six (6) months after the agency relationship ends. The notice period is set to overlap with that obligation so the wind-down is orderly and compliant.
On the termination date, You will provide Us with one USPS-deliverable forwarding address. For up to six (6) additional months after termination, mail received for any of Your former Entities will be forwarded to that address by USPS first-class mail at postage cost plus a $5.00 per-envelope handling fee, billed against the card on file. Mail not deliverable to that address will be returned to sender.
We may terminate this Agreement immediately and without the six-month notice if (a) Your card on file is declined and not replaced within 30 days; (b) Your use of the address violates federal or Indiana law; (c) You provide false information on a Form 1583; or (d) You receive a sustained pattern of mail referencing fraud, harassment, or threats. In those cases, post-termination forwarding under Section 7.3 still applies for up to six months, paid in advance.
Our maximum aggregate liability under this Agreement for any reason is limited to the fees You paid Us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from delayed, missed, or misdelivered mail.
We treat the contents of Your mail as confidential. We do not read mail beyond what is necessary to scan it. We disclose Your information only as required by law or by lawful USPS Postal Inspection Service request. ID copies and Form 1583s are stored in encrypted Google Drive folders accessible only to Address Integrity’s authorized members.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. The parties waive trial by jury.
This Agreement, together with each fully executed Form 1583 and the onboarding form submission, is the entire agreement between the parties. We may amend it on 30 days’ notice posted to addressintegrity.com and emailed to Your designated recipients; continued use after the amendment effective date constitutes acceptance.
